Do not pass the opportunity to check this place out. The food was amazing. We decided on the dessert special. Deep fried bread pudding with maple bacon and vanilla ice cream. Best dessert ever!

New review 12/27/2024... Yep, becoming repetitive, but again, another great experience, food, and service! Hot and fresh chicken noodle soup, so good! Grilled cheese, tomato, and bacon sandwich, very good, only issue...bacon not crisp. French fries, hot, crispy, and delicious. Overall, a great lunch! New review 9/17/2023. Wonderful chicken soup, fresh homemade, and hot. Excellent turkey sandwich and, importantly, excellent service from Tayor. I'm never disappointed and again, a great meal!! Excellent soups! Great service as well! First time there, definitely not the last. Nice to have a pub/restaurant with quality food!

We all enjoyed our food. I loved the fish platter and the bread pudding. I like that they have a seasonal part of their menu, it all looked and sounded amazing.

Marvelous downtown T-town establishment that has lots of what you want in a good gastro/bar pub. Spacious, inviting atmosphere and patio, and staffed well. At the bar, I ordered the Pimento cheese and bacon burger with fries. The 1/2 pound of beef was solid and juicy, the bacon crispy, and pimento was tremendous. Fries were very good. I paired it with a Crunchy Hippie granola brown ale from Earnest Brew Works. A good complimentary dark beer that allows your palette to reset. Aside from the food, bartender was quite service-friendly, inviting so I would definitely return to Olde Durty Bird again!

I visited with a group of friends on a Friday night. We were told it would be a 30 min wait but that quickly turned into a short 5 minutes! Our waitress was incredibly friendly and offered many menu suggestions to our table. I honestly don’t think you can go wrong with any of their delicious menu items and was overjoyed by the numerous options. I decided on the Greek burger with grilled chicken and so delicious and unlike anything I’ve ever had! I will definitely be revisiting and recommend this spot to everyone! Not only does it have a fun bar vibe but also has an atmosphere conducive to families as well!

This hole in the wall joint has stood the test of time for good reason. They have some of the best chicken sandwiches I've had. The breading was crisp and the meat was so juicy and tender and very well seasoned. It was small but big on flavor. Definitely recommended getting that and a side of the mac and cheese and spooning it on top of the sandwiche. Next up was the durty Chilli mac and cheese. Great combination of spice and heat with the cheese being a phenomenal balance. Now for the main attraction here. The confit wings.....the skin was so crispy like a broasted chicken skin. I would recommend getting them sauced because the confit method doesn't impart a ton of flavor into the meat but it's so tender and fall off the bone. Would come back again.

Stop in for lunch and had a great experience. The food was really good. The service was great. The waitress checked in a number of times. The music was even good. Very clean. I definitely recommend stopping here for lunch.
